Kluge presses combine strength and heat with precision. A welded steel frame, solid steel sidearms and a cast iron bed and platen give the press unprecedented strength. The dual zone temperature control hot plate provides accurate heat regulation, while precision components machined in-house provide press accuracy and repeatability.

The Kluge EHD and EHE presses have design features for improved production:

• straight-in/straight-out feeding motion prevents misfeeding of stock and assures accurate sheet registration;

• adjustable bottom gauge band provides quick, accurate positioning of the sheet;
