EPOXY RESIN mm. 0.3 / 0.5 / 1.0
It’s the new technological top product
supplied by Gasperini. Semi-transparent, light, mechanically hyper-resistant,
underformable: the epoxy resin is really the best as a base for foiling
stamping. Its excellent features allow an optimal transfer of very fine
details. This resin is therefore irreplaceable, specially for textured
foiling. The mm. 0.3 thickness version is extremely flexible, and can be
used in cylinder-to-platen machines.

GLASSBEAD SPHERECOTE mm. 0,65
The original and inimitable
rubber black blanket, used for the rotogravure printing of banknotes. Its surface is made with an extremely fine
"weft" of micro spheres: this is why the Spherecote is far
superior than any other imitation. It is mechanically
hyper-resistant, and it can
be used as a permanent "bed" on your platen or cylinder machine.
Spherecote allows an optimal foil transfer in foil stamping, specially
when there are very fine details. Moreover, it is simply irreplaceable
when stamping with micro-textured foiling dies.
