Gasperini introduces to a larger public this exceptional product range, which are known to a small number of firms (mostly large paper converters). For all embossing effects, not considering if it is blind or hot-foil-embossing, we supply the materials for the "do-it-yourself" production of counter-dies. All these materials are suitable for press platen and cylinder printing machines.

• PRÄGO-PLAST
  It is an elastic self adhesive counter-die material which enables the absolutely simplest and fastest process for setting up the machine within a few minutes. For paper ranging between 50 and 180 gr./sq.m. Unlimited number of impressions.

• PRÄGO-HART
  It is a two component counter-die material which hardens completely within 15 minutes, for cardboards ranging between 200 and 500 gr./sq.m. Unlimited number of impressions.

• PRÄGO-PASTE
  It is a ready made paste for cardboards to use in such cases where large or multiple embossing dies are used. The hardening process takes about 60 minutes, so as to enable a careful preparation of the various counter-dies. It remains stable even after a large number of impressions.

• PRÄGO-THERM
  It is a counter-die material for hot foil embossing in a single operation. The counter-die is produced in a single operation without the need for subsequent trimming or dressing. It can be used in platen presses and all other horizontally and vertically operating embossing machines, including large sized machines such as Gietz Fsa 720 or Bobst Sp 102.
  Two thicknesses are available: 0.25 mm. is recommended for sculptured dies, and 0.15 mm for single level dies. If needed, two Prägo-Therm or more can be placed one upon another.
